A: After purchasing a design board, you will receive a follow-up email if additional information is required. Within ten business days of your purchase, you will receive an email outlining the scheduled dates for reviewing your design. If you have purchased Design Board I or II, your completed designs will be delivered via email. If you have purchased Design Board – Renovation or Full Renovation, you will receive your design via email along with scheduled dates for a video consultation to review details.
Q: Are design boards purchased per room or defined by square footage?
A: Design boards are purchased on a per-room basis. For open floor plans—such as a combined kitchen, dining, and living area—each space requires a separate design board. If your project involves removing a wall to connect two rooms, two design boards will need to be purchased. This ensures a seamless design process while maintaining our high standards in bringing your vision to life.

Q: How many Changes can I make on a design?
A: Each room design includes up to two revisions, provided they do not require a complete redesign. If a full redesign is needed, an additional design board must be purchased for that room.
